Sharp Shots and Sweet Sips: A Visit to Pandora’s Box Archery Café

Pandora’s Box Archery Range and Café

👩🏻‍💻Story

Some places feel like they’re pulled straight out of a daydream. Pandora’s Box was one of them.

It looked nothing like a café from the outside—in fact, you’d probably walk past it if you didn’t know what was inside. A friend of mine, fellow food explorer and forever up for the quirky, invited me to check it out. And what a discovery it was.

Part café, part archery range, this place served towering freakshakes with a side of arrows and nostalgia.

We didn’t try the archery this time—too focused on the freakshake. But we stayed, talked, laughed, and remembered simpler times. College pressures were creeping in, and this little hideout gave us a break.

☕ What We Ordered

  • 🍓 Strawberry Freakshake – Overflowing with toppings: Stick-O, rice crisps, mallows, a big scoop of ice cream. It almost like a dessert playground in a glass.
  • 🧇 Chocolate Drizzled Waffles – Soft, sweet, and the perfect companion to all the sugar already on the table.

We sat there chatting about school. We talked about how hard college had become, and how much we missed our high school days—less stress, more laughter.

It wasn’t just about the sugar rush—it was a moment to pause, to laugh, and to let nostalgia in.

And now that Pandora’s Box is permanently closed, this memory feels even more golden. Some places live on only through the stories we share.
